Launching the new user experience of Cogeco EPICO applications supporting live channels, catchup content, video on demand and providing recording capability, with the most recent market trends and customer insights has created an important impact on the satisfaction (NPS+15) with significantly increasing numbers of adoptions on the additional platforms and elevated the product to the next level.
The service calls have significantly reduced on the new EPICO experience on TV streaming device applications (using multiple different remote controls depending on the device) by supporting different type of educational tools throughout the experience, as this Feature Tour presented to the customer on the first launch of the product and always accessible from the help section at anytime.
